Reconciliation
This week we have our parent/child classes for those children preparing to receive reconciliation for the first time. Tonight I had one meeting, tomorrow I have two. We wound up in the Chapel, instead of the hall, for the entire time, which was very nice. Much less noise and I think the atmosphere helps everyone pay better attention. Plus, Jesus is there with us in the tabernacle. It's all good. Now, if only the parents would go to the sacrament themselves.

My oldest will do his first reconciliation in about a week and a half, and they actually have encouraged the parents to go to reconciliation that night as well. They say it would be a good example for the kids.
